Sauerkraut is a staple in all Balkan households over the winter months. This dish of house-pickled sauerkraut is baked with smoked meats and is perfect with a side of Proja (savoury cornbread). This dish can be made vegan/posno, please add a note in checkout.

Serving Size: 710G | Serves 2-3, 950G | Serves 4-6

Heating Instructions: Oven: Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Place required amount into an oven-safe dish and into the oven covered for approx. 20 minutes. Uncover dish and cook for further 10 minutes, testing occasionally until desired temperature is achieved.
Microwave: Place in a microwave safe bowl and heat for 2- 3 minutes or until hot.
