Heat & Eat Meal Delivery

Our standard delivery times are Saturday & Sunday 10:00am-3:00pm for orders placed before Tuesday 3:00pm. However, we can accommodate specific delivery times for y. Please let us know your preferred delivery time when placing your order and will try our best to accommodate this.

We take food safety seriously and follow strict guidelines to ensure your food is delivered safely. Our delivery team is trained to handle food safely, and we use insulated containers and temperature-controlled vehicles to maintain the freshness and safety of your food during transportation.

Upon delivery, please refrigerate any perishable items immediately to maintain freshness. Follow the heating instructions provided for reheating any cooked items before serving.

Delivery fees are automatically calculate in the checkout. This is based on the distance from our Balkan Catering Kitchen in Coburg North.

Catering

Our buffet catering service includes a variety of freshly prepared dishes, including appetisers, main courses, sides, and desserts. The buffet will be continuously topped up for a 90 minute serving period. We provide a full set-up of the table with serving table risers, serving ware and the styling of the table with our rustic Balkan props. Additionally, we offer set-up and clean-up of our buffet area to ensure a hassle-free experience for you and your guests. Plates, napkins, and cutlery can be organised for your event and may incur an additional charge.

To book our catering services, please contact us directly with details about your event, including the date, time, number of guests, and any specific requirements you may have. We will work with you to create a customised catering package for your event.

We accept payment via credit card, debit card, bank transfer and cash. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due 7 days before the delivery date. Please contact us for more information about our payment options and terms.

We recommend placing your catering order at least 3-5 days in advance to ensure our availability. However, we understand that last-minute requests may arise, so feel free to reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Yes, we are happy to customise the menu to suit your event. Whether you have specific dietary requirements or preferences, our team can work with you to create a menu that fits your needs. Contact us for a chat!

Yes, you can make changes to your order up to 24 hours before your scheduled delivery time. Please contact us directly to discuss any changes you’d like to make. Final guest numbers are set 7 days prior to your event date, a decrease to guests numbers is not possible after this time.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery time to receive a partial refund or credit for future use. Initial 25% deposit is non-refundable but may be credited for a future event. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the delivery time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Yes, we offer a variety of options to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies. Please let us know about any specific requirements when placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Delivery fees may vary depending on the size of your order and the delivery location. Delivery within 10km of our Coburg North kitchen is complimentary. Please contact us for more information about delivery fees for your specific order.

We are able to provide serving utensils, plates, napkins, and cutlery with your buffet and drop-off catering order for an additional cost. If you require these of any additional items, please let us know when placing your order and we can organise this for an additional fee.
